dell supportassist not responding

dell customer currently facing an issue where supportassist and (possibly) dell update are not working properly.
1. again and again, windows give a pop-up notification dell update is available. i then after i visite the link for more information but the happen notification vanish.
2. then after i go to the official dell website and dell drivers detected link and hit it. again says i required download supportassist.
3. then after i allow the download for supporassist and try to install but get a message insater give message installation cancelled because the current and latest version is currently updated.
4. both dell update or supportassist are working properly manual update but they often not agree on how many updates are available i don't know if this is related though. then after i try to uninstall both dell update and supportassist but the problem is not solved and issue still available. my supportassist version is 3.2.2.119 and dell update version is 3.0. i am running windows 10 xps 13 9360.
